Attention to the beneficiary We create teaching-learning spaces in an environment of trust, good treatment and healthy coexistence, which ensures the physical and emotional safety of the beneficiaries. Our training activities are characterized by being spaces where the beneficiaries actively participate and feel part of an inclusive community free of any form of discrimination.
The center, module or ensemble is an agent for the co-creation of processes of social transformation of the community through art. Through our training actions, we promote reciprocity, active participation and social commitment.
Create community and create with the community.
We provide quality musical training seeking that the beneficiaries develop their maximum potential in the different artistic dimensions: execution, appreciation and creation. To achieve this, it is necessary to encourage the development of authentic motivation in the beneficiaries, motivation that allows them to persevere in the long musical path.
Our understanding of the individual is comprehensive and therefore we encourage them to develop skills other than music and that serve them for life.
Our artistic work dynamic is collective and collaborative.
The training processes are prepared taking into account the individual characteristics (physical, emotional, social, family and cultural) of each beneficiary.
We consider and respect each beneficiary as an individual with their own characteristics, abilities and interests. We value and recognize both your achievement of goals and the steps in your process of constant growth, a process that you enjoy and give them satisfaction.
The Musical Initiation Program focuses on generating the fundamental learning of the new beneficiaries of Sinfonía por el Perú, through three areas of development: musicality, musical notation and choral practice. This program serves children and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 15.
It is the most extended program of Sinfonía por el Perú, implemented in all the organization's centers and modules. In the choir, the beneficiaries learn music through the development of vocal technique. The repertoire is mainly Peruvian, although Latin American and universal works are also included. In recent years, songs created by the beneficiaries of Sinfonía por el Perú have been incorporated.
The instrumental program of Sinfonía por el Perú gathers traditions and formats of collective musical practice that unite and enhance the specialized training of musical instruments from the three main families: strings, winds, and percussion. The mastery of these instruments, like singing, requires persistent and resilient practice, and the beneficiaries learn to express their individual musicality through complex instruments in the midst of diverse sound textures.
It is a musical training program that explores and uses different cultural manifestations of Peru through the use of ensembles integrated by instruments and genres of national musical expressions. The Puro Perú ensembles are diverse, including the guitar ensemble, the percussion ensemble, the estudiantina, among others.
This program focuses on training young people in the art of making and repairing musical instruments. The instruments that are made in this learning process at the Lima and Cusco sites are the guitar and the violin. Since 2023, the luthier program has expanded its training proposal in Lima to include training in the maintenance of the flute and clarinet.
This program is dedicated to promoting inclusive and comprehensive music education. It provides specialized music training to children, adolescents, and young adults with moderate and severe disabilities, enhancing their strengths and abilities through instrumental learning and participation in spaces that promote integration. It also leads the mainstreaming of the inclusion approach throughout the organization, coordinating methodologies, training, and technical support to ensure that Sinfonía por el Perú's programs and spaces offer real opportunities for learning and participation to people with diverse abilities.
